All our bouquets and arrangements with delivery in Stockholm we make ourselves and with delivery in the rest of Sweden we send your order to the local flower shop that we cooperate with in the chosen area. In all products we have tried to use the flowers and plants that are available at that part of year(season). The range can switch between different florists. The range also varies depending on the season in which flowers are available. If the flowers you have chosen are not available on the market, they will be replaced with similar flowers so that the bouquet you coshed can keep the same color and shape.

We always do our best to make the ordered product as similar as possible to the product image. In most of our product images, we show blooming flowers to represent the product that it looks during its lifespan. When the flowers are delivered they are brand new and fresh which can make them not in full bloom when they are delivered. This is not a negative, but just an assurance that the flowers last as long as possible. The price of the product corresponds to the size of the product. Service charge and shipping will be added to every order.

If there is no specified quantity in the product description, we do not guarantee a special number of flowers, this depends on local prices and supply.

If any flowers arrive damaged or withered, first contact the delivery local flower store. Because flowers that you have received are fresh product, they show signs that they are old or of poor quality after the first 24 hours. In that case, you first call the local flower store and explain what has happened.

During holidays such as Valentine’s Day, prices may rise on some flowers. These prices are controlled by the big flower wholesalers in the Netherlands, and are not something we can influence. We therefore have an extra wide assortment of alternative flowers and bouquets to offer products in all price ranges, during these holidays.

The store that processes your order contacts the recipient before delivery to ensure that the delivery address is active one. Contact is by phone or SMS.

We cannot deliver anonymous shipments.

All of our available accessories are featured in the order process after choosing a flower. The range of accessories can vary depending on the availability at the place and where you want to send the flowers.

If the accessory you have chosen is not available , the accessory can be replaced with an equivalent product. The images of accessories (e.g. vase and greeting card) represent one type of product and may vary from florist to florist. Which means that the product may differ slightly from the picture.

Delivery times vary from florist to florist depending on the courier company they use. The delivery of flowers usually takes place between 08.00 and 21.00 on weekdays and on weekends 09.00 – 16.00. AB Flora Blomsterhandeln cannot guarantee timely orders except funerals. We try everything we can to meet your wishes.

Orders ordered the same day before 11:00 am Monday to Friday, 10:00 am on Saturdays to cities and mainland, we guarantee same day delivery within Sweden.

In order to guarantee same-day delivery to business addresses, we need the order before 10:00 on weekdays. Unfortunately we do not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and Sundays to business addresses.

We have no delivery on Sundays, holidays or evenings. All orders ordered for these dates will be delivered on the first following working day
